      Habits of Time Management Series

      Do you feel like you never have enough time for what is important? Do you feel overcommitted and overwhelmed by everything on your plate? Do you wish you had more time to focus on learning, collaboration, systems change and your long-term goals? In an increasingly complex world, there is pressure on individuals and organizations to work differently to make real progress. But how can we make time for learning and experimenting on top of an already-full schedule? Join us for this 4-part series to begin exploring your relationship with time, understanding common time management myths and addressing your most pervasive time management challenges. Pack a lunch, join a supportive group of peers and take the first step toward taking control of your time, reducing your overwhelm and creating space for what is important. Time Management in Teams Participants of the Habits of Time Management series are eligible to join in our monthly Time Management Open Space as well. Meet Colleen Masterson-Bzdok Colleen began her career as a research scientist and progressed into leadership roles in education and nonprofit management.  She has over 15 years of experience working with area nonprofits as a staff member, board member, volunteer and consultant. Her work at Inland Seas Education Association, NMC, CMU and the Grand Traverse Conservation District all focused on creating meaningful learning experiences and community connections, preparing her well for her work with Rotary Charities. Colleen now coordinates professional development opportunities for nonprofit and cross-sector leaders and helps build capacity of changemakers and staff to work better together. She has an interest in time management and productivity, striving to develop efficient and effective internal systems to support our capacity building and grantmaking services.
